Does being certified matter?

Many homeowners find it a difficult task to select the right roofer . Some people don’t even know what it means to be the right roofer . So when we throw around terms like certified roofer people aren’t exactly sure if that matters . Take a spray sample we are certified with CertainTeed John Manville as well as gif. But if you don’t know what that means then we might just be throwing around some big names . What does that actually mean? Well let’s get into it!

Premium Supplies

Certifications with the high end roofing supply companies open up discounts that makes a quality roof affordable to almost anyone. For example if you want it to get the premium shingles that we use with CertainTeed on your own it will cost you an arm and a leg. And if you wanted to get the underlayment event the nails the ridge caps or any other supplies that we are allowed it will cost you a lot more than that. Not all roofers have access to these supplies the way we do.

Higher Standards

To be certified with one of these companies you have to be in the top 1% of installers in the nation. It also requires us to follow their preferred installation protocols. This is a better-safe-than-sorry method to to ensure that we just don’t do the minimum for your room. As a preferred contractor we are held to a higher standard.

Extended warranties

To be certified with CertainTeed products we are able to install those products and give our clients an above standard warranty. While other roofers may do the bare minimum legal. Prefered contractors chose to go above and beyond that.
